Job Description
– Train & Build Your Crew in Fond du Lac Area. Dutch Brothers Fence is expanding from the West Bend area into the Fond du Lac region. We’re looking for motivated people to form a new local crew as independent subcontractors (1099).
No prior fencing experience? No problem — we’ll train you from on professional residential and light commercial fence installation.
The Opportunity
• Build your own setup: Perfect for someone with a reliable truck who wants to add a small enclosed trailer and tools over time. We’ll lend the bigger/expensive tools to get you started.
• Local work: Most jobs right in the Fond du Lac area.
• Flexible, high-earning pay: As a subcontractor you keep more of what you earn and control your schedule.
• Growth path: Start small and scale into running your own crew as we grow in the area.
What We’re Looking For
• Reliable truck
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Physically fit, dependable, and eager to learn a skilled trade.
• Lives in or near Fond du Lac
• Willing to invest in basic tools and a small enclosed trailer over time (we can help bridge the gap).
