We are seeking a skilled and compassionate *Family Law Attorney* with *5+ years of family law experience* to join our dynamic legal team. *Responsibilities*

* Manage a caseload involving divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and related family law matters.
* Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
* Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
* Provide strategic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
* Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

*Qualifications*

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in Washington and willingness to get licensed in Idaho.
* 5+ years of family law experience.
* Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
* Commitment to professionalism, client service, and ethical practice.

*What We Offer*

* Compensation will be dependent on experience and qualifications; for qualified candidates, the salary will range between 95K and 115K with performance and discretionary bonuses, and a contribution of up to 15% of your compensation to our 401(k) plan (without matching contributions).
