What You’ll Do This role combines communication, organization, and leadership development in a dynamic, people-centered environment. Each day, you’ll play an important role in helping members understand their benefits and make informed decisions for their families. Your main responsibilities include: Managing inbound and outbound calls with members who have requested information about their benefits. Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone-based consultations to explain available programs. Presenting benefit options clearly, professionally, and with empathy. Using basic computer and data-entry skills to complete digital forms and maintain accurate client records. Ensuring all paperwork, compliance, and quality control standards are met. Participating in ongoing leadership and professional development designed to help you grow within the organization. What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and in virtual meetings. A positive, motivated, and professional demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively with both individuals and teams. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is an asset, though not required. Comfortable collaborating with management, colleagues, and clients in a remote setting. Team-oriented, dependable, and self-driven with strong follow-through.
