We are looking for a dedicated Estimator to join our team and specialize in providing accurate cost estimate for commercial and industrial electrical projects.

Location: Russelville, KY

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project requirements, specifications, and technical documents to prepare detailed and accurate estimates.

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather essential project information.

  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assess project scope, materials, labor, and equipment needs.

  • Develop comprehensive estimates including material costs, labor projections, equipment expenses, and project timelines.

  • Maintain up-to-date pricing databases and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive and precise estimates.

  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client consultations to clarify project requirements and respond to questions.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and cost.

Utilize estimation software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial and industrial construction, with a focus on HVAC and electrical systems.

  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in interpreting complex technical documents, including blueprints and specifications.

  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for client and team interactions.

  • Familiarity with estimation software is a plus.

  • Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or relevant certifications are advantageous
