Customer Sales and Support Specialist

Position Overview: Become a vital part of our enthusiastic team as a Customer Sales and Support Specialist, where your primary focus will be to provide exceptional and friendly service. You'll engage with customers to comprehend their needs and offer personalized solutions. Through our training tools, you'll gain knowledge of our diverse product range, enabling you to assist customers effectively while promoting holistic project solutions.

As an essential member of our team, you will:

• Welcome customers and assist them in identifying their needs.
• Suggest products and services that align with their requirements.
• Process sales transactions while ensuring a satisfying customer experience.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety in your designated areas.
• Work collaboratively with your Department Supervisor and fellow team members to create a supportive work environment.

You will also adhere to safety protocols, participate in safety training, and quickly address or report any hazards to the Manager on Duty. This role requires you to work across various store departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.

This position includes various responsibilities, such as Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
