To lead the enterprise-wide data strategy, the full-time remote Chief Data Officer will define and implement data initiatives aimed at enhancing monetization outcomes for game developers, while building and managing high-performing teams and ensuring data governance and compliance. Key responsibilities: Define and evolve the company-wide data strategy to improve monetization outcomes for game developers Build and lead teams to execute data initiatives, including machine learning and AI model development Establish a scalable experimentation culture and ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across all markets Required qualifications: Proven experience in a senior data leadership role, preferably in gaming or related technology sectors Strong hands-on background in machine learning and AI, with experience in building and evaluating models Demonstrated ability to design and run A/B tests or experimentation frameworks Deep knowledge of data governance, architecture, and modern data infrastructure Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred, with 10+ years of relevant experience
