You will implement improvements, evaluate new technologies, and drive quality and efficiency in collaboration with Engineering, R&D, and Production. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in advanced ceramics or semiconductor processes, with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
