Job Title: Associate Attorney – Commercial and Real Estate Litigation

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our litigation team, focusing on commercial and real estate law. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse docket of cases under supervision, encompassing all phases from pre-suit through trial.

Compensation: Compensation is based on billable hours provided or the first three months, followed by an evaluation to assess performance. No benefits offered during the initial evaluation period. An associate can earn up to $160,000 with base and bonus if the billable hour requirement is met.
Application Process: Interested candidates should submit a cover letter. Candidates with qualified applications will receive an email invite to a phone interview. Upon a successful phone interview you will be invited for an in-person interview with one of our attorneys. Ideal candidates will then be brought to a second in-person interview with our principal attorney who will make the final decision. Candidates invited to the second in-person interview should submit a list of no less than three professional references.
