What You'll Be Doing Support the Property Manager with day-to-day community operations Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Conduct apartment and community tours Assist with leasing activities and apartment home rentals Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident paperwork Manage rent collections and delinquency follow-up Assist with resident retention programs and community events Support move-in, move-out, and eviction processes Help achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals What We're Looking For Previous apartment industry experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant, or related role Experience with property management software such as Yardi (preferred) Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills Dependable transportation Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Team player willing to assist with community projects as needed Reliable, professional, and motivated to succeed Ideal Backgrounds Include Assistant Property Manager Leasing Consultant Ready for Advancement Property Management Professional Resident Services Coordinator Community Manager Assistant BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
