Job Function:

• Support the global Accounts Payable department's operations.
• Review invoices for approval and correct coding before processing.
• Prepare ACH and wire batches for weekly payments.
• Respond promptly to vendor and business owner AP inquiries.
• Assist with month-end AP closing tasks.
• Collaborate with AP and Procurement teams on ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within Financial Services.
• Oracle experience
• Bachelor's Degree
