We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is a good fit for someone who’s organized, friendly, and comfortable handling a mix of day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule appointments and manage calendars Maintain friendly and professional communication with clients and other professional offices Provide general administrative support to the team This is a full-time position of M-TH in-office and remote on Friday. The firm is open to considering a part-time position for the right candidate. Pay range is $20-$25 per hour.
